Ticket Fraud is on the increase, with even more patrons attending our events only to be left disappointed and experiencing financial loss. Tickets are also becoming an increasingly popular choice as Birthday and Christmas presents, and therefore the problem is exacerbated at this time of year. Patrons who have purchased tickets from auction sites such as E-Bay and viagogo are turning up at the Arena either just before or on the night of the Concert, many having travelled reasonable distances being told that their tickets would be for collection at the Box Office. So not only are the tickets often not here, but they suffer the disappointment of missing the concert and financial loss. At 'Take That' one customer was handed her pair of tickets, but unfortunately they were single seats at opposite ends of the Arena! Several dozen fans of 'Take That' were also left high and dry when booking tickets via the London Booking Office.

Tickets are often sold on E-Bay at inflated prices, when in fact there are still good seats still available for events at normal prices via official Arena ticketing sources. No front, or second row front tickets are available at any Arenas, since these have been held by the Promoter.

We would always recommend that tickets are only purchased through the Official Arena Box Office, Ticketmaster on:0844 493 6666 or www.ticketmaster.co.uk (our official ticketing agency). Other legitimate agents that may sell Arena tickets by phone are Way Ahead, SEE Tickets, Piccadilly and Ticketzone, and on-line www.aloud.com and www.ticketline.com. The Arena or its agents cannot be held responsible for tickets purchased from sources other than our Box Office orTicketmaster. Anyone who experiences such problems should take the matter up immediately with the Trading Standards Officer from their local council. If in doubt please check with the Box Office as to which agents are officially approved and the face value of tickets offered for sale.

Anyone purchasing tickets from other sources other than those official outlets as advised by the Arena, will alsorun the risk of those tickets being voided. The Arena will always void those tickets found which have clearly been re-sold for profit. Face value prices are posted on our Website on the 'Events' page.

The message from us is very clear, however, it is the general public as usual who have the biggest influence on such situations of supply and demand. DON'T BUY FROM E-BAY OR UNOFFICIAL TICKET AGENCIES AT MORE THAN FACE VALUE (for any show), and ONLY BUY FROM official agencies.
