NE-YO Rescheduled Concert Update...

Since the postponement of several NE-YO performances including Newcastle at the Metro Radio Arena on Thursday 3rd March 2011, we have been in constant conversation with his promoter and would like to keep you informed with the latest information as we receive it.

We are as frustrated as you with the lack of information, and can confirm that other postponed venues in Liverpool and Glasgow are facing the same difficulties. However, we do sincerely appreciate your continued patience, understanding and cooperation under these circumstances.

We can confirm the promoters, AEG Live are currently looking at dates to coordinate across each of the affected venues and hope that they will be able to confirm a new Newcastle performance date in the near future but this is not definite.

Retaining your tickets provides you with overall peace of mind and guarantees your original seats when the new date is confirmed; you will also receive full event information as and when we have it.

As confirmed in previous emails if you do wish to RETURN your tickets for a 'TICKET PRICE' REFUND, please return to your original point of purchase where they will be able to process this entitlement for you.

We would like to stress that should a new date not prove possible, a full refund of ticket price will automatically be made.
