'One More Time' Elvis Presley in Concert

'Elvis Presley In Concert' will return for another European tour in 2010. This astounding production reunites some of Elvis' former bandmates live on stage with a state of the art video-projected Elvis.

Elvis Presley performs a full 2hour concert including his greatest hits and performances! Elvis sings lead vocals, as his songs and arrangements are played live by 21 musicians including some of his original band mates, backing vocalists and full orchestra.

The show's concept is to present an authentic as possible Elvis Presley concert. The producers edited together a collection of Elvis' finest concert performances that exist on film and video and removed virtually all sound from the footage except for Elvis' vocal. The Elvis footage is projected on a large video screen. On stage a 16-piece orchestra and some of Elvis' original bandmates from the concert era of his career and other cast members perform live with the Elvis video. All music heard in the concert production is performed live except for Elvis' voice. On either side of the Elvis performance screen are screens that carry live action from the stage. From the first song it's magic. You're at a real Elvis concert.

Some NEW things about the Elvis Presley Tour in 2010

The Opening sequence is completely new - an 'arrival' of Elvis to each city - to each arena - the audience will see their own home town come to life on screen, and watch Elvis arriving at the stage door of their arena! A similar opening was used for the dramatic opening of the 30th Anniversary show in Memphis...

Also for the 30th spectacular, a new screen configuration was designed - adding additional screens on stage - allowing us to show alternate camera angles on Elvis performing - simultaneously with the main screen. This will be the first time we are taking this technology on the road - where audiences will see a 'live simulcast' of Elvis Presley - LIVE in concert. The different angles from the multiple cameras used for the filming of 'That's The Way It Is' from Las Vagas, and 'Aloha Concert' from Hawaii. A new and exciting way to watch him perform in today's arena setting...

Many parts of the footage have been restored - looking better than ever...

A few new song surprises - such as 'Love Me' and 'You Don't Have To Say You Love Me' - and other segments updated. And, of course, the classics - from the '2001' Overture to the powerful opening of 'See See Rider / Burning Love' - the classics such as; 'That's Alright Mama', 'Hound Dog', 'Don't Be Cruel', 'Blue Suede Shoes', 'In The Ghetto' - and the big concert favourites like 'Suspicious Minds', 'The Wonder of You', 'American Trilogy' - and the perennial closer 'I Can't Help Falling In Love'.

And, of course, Elvis' bandmates and singers:

• Elvis' original musical director - (the one-and-only) Joe Guercio

• Members of the original TCB Band - including James Burton on lead guitar, Ron Tutt on drums, Glen Hardin on piano - and newcomer Nathan East on bass (who has played around the world next to Eric Clapton, Phil Collins, Andrea Bocelli, and many others).

• Members of The Sweet Inspirations - Elvis' favourite female group - original members Myrna Smith and Estelle Brown and newcomer Portia Griffen.

• Members of The Imperials - Elvis' favourite gospel group - including originals Joe Moscheo, Terry Blackwood and Sherman Andrus - and newcomer, Gus Gaches rounding out the foursome.

This is the finest Elvis concert imaginable -

for every fan -

for every age group -

take the family and watch a slice of history -

sit back and enjoy the finest stage performer of the 20th century - and many more...
