Strictly Come Dancing The Live Tour 2012 With Your Winner Harry Judd
Strictly Come Dancing fans will have a second chance to see the newly crowned Strictly Come Dancing winner Harry Judd on the UK Tour which returns to the Metro Radio Arena on Tuesday 7th – Thursday 9th February 2012.
Following his impressive score of 156 out of 160 across four dances in the Strictly final, watched by more than 12 million people, Harry will now strut his stuff live on the Strictly Come Dancing Tour, where he will be taking to the stage in the UK and across the waters in Ireland.
The list of stars joining Harry on tour are runners-up in the final Chelsee Healey and Jason Donovan, EastEnders legend Anita Dobson, ex-Olympic swimmer Mark Foster, former footballer Robbie Savage and the glamorous Nancy Dell’Olio.
The judging panel features Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood, who is also directing the arena tour for the second year running.
Tickets for the 2012 tour went on sale in September and have been selling fast ever since. Over the last four years the tour has sold more than 1.3 MILLION tickets. On tour Strictly fans get to watch their favourite dancing couples compete live for votes and the all important feedback of the TV judges. The audience members can then vote themselves via their mobile phone.
Arena audiences will get to experience all of Strictly’s glitz, glamour and breathtaking choreography, right in front of their very eyes.
The 2011 tour received rave reviews in the national newspapers - the Sunday Express asked “Does it get much better? Not often” and awarded the show a 5 Star review. The Daily Telegraph’s 4 Star review described the tour as “the ultimate feel good show”. And the Mail on Sunday’s 4 star review said that “the audience adored every second”.
The television format, also known as Dancing with the Stars, entered the Guinness Book of World Records two years ago as the world’s most successful reality television show and has been sold by BBC Worldwide to over 35 international broadcasters.
